Day 1: Welcome to Sicily!

After breakfast you will visit your first UNESCO site, the Valley of the Temples, in Agrigento. Sicilian gourmet lunch on a terrace with view of the Temple of Concordia. The tour continues by reaching another UNESCO site, Ragusa. Slow walk of the historical center and gourmet dinner at a local restaurant.

Your day will start a visit of the town of Modica by driving a vintage Fiat 500 car! To follow, a tour of a chocolate factory with tastings as well as dry beef tastings for your dog. In the afternoon, you will return to Ragusa to visit the splendid palace of a local noble family. After an aperitif, join the noble lady in her theatre for a private short opera concert.

Evening at leisure in the charming town of Ragusa.

In the afternoon, you will arrive at the footsteps of the Etna volcano where you will check in at the resort. Dinner in an ancient home - the Palmento - with delicious Sicilian fingerfood specialties!

With an off-road car and guide you will reach the summit. For dinner, you will visit a winery perched on the side of the volcano. A wine tasting will be set up just for you and during dinner you will appreciate more local food specialties.

A Michelin Star rated chef will guide you step by step in making the perfect pizza.
